Built on a large property these 2 villas are ideally suited for very large parties of 14-16 people looking to share a villa vacation. Both villas have 2 floors with amazing views from the top floors overlooking the turquoise waters of Chalk Sound.
The main house has generous space arranged as a duplex configuration - with three double bedrooms upstairs and two double bedrooms downstairs. You enter the villa through double wooden doors and up 3 steps to an open plan area of kitchen, living and dining area that offers a panoramic 180 degree view of Chalk Sound. On this upper floor there is a covered patio deck with furniture which can double as an external eating area overlooking the villa’s private pool below and the Chalk Sound waters beyond. The villa’s pool has a depth ranging from 3 ft to 6 ft and an extensive pool deck area complete with a fixed BBQ and covered cooking area. The villa comes with telephone, internet access, satellite TV, a security alarm system and personal safes in every room.
The three air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs are off the open living area and have their own en-suite bathrooms, fitted with showers. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds and one has 2 twin beds and the Master bedroom has a lovely view of the Chalk Sound waters to wake up to.
In the downstairs of this main villa are 2 further bedrooms with queen sized beds and en-suite bathrooms fitted with tubs and showers. The downstairs has its own kitchenette and living area with French sliding doors leading directly onto a covered patio area seating 12-14 people and the pool deck area immediately beyond.
A private pathway leads you from the villa down steps to a private dock at the Chalk Sound’s water edge where there are 2 (2 person) kayaks available for use.
To the front of the property – nearer the road and sharing the same driveway as the main villa described above - is the second smaller villa which is also constructed as a 2 storey duplex – 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedroom downstairs.
Each floor has its own kitchenette, with microwave oven, adjoining a very simple compact, living and dining area layout. All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with tubs and showers. The top floor has a good view of the Chalk Sound and the bottom floor leads directly onto the pool and its surrounding deck area. The pool has depths ranging from 3 ft at its shallow end to 6ft at its deep end.
A common laundry room, shared by both upstairs and downstairs, is located downstairs.
The villas are sufficiently apart to afford privacy to their respective guests. The shared driveway has sufficient parking space for 6 vehicles and although not fitted to a luxurious standard the villas are clean, comfortable and furnished to an attractive standard to meet the requirements for an affordable memorable group vacation in Provo. It is popular with multi-generational, extended families and for groups attending weddings on the island.
