Twelve Palms is a two floor villa located on the south coast of the island of Provo in the well established luxury villa estate of Ocean Point near Chalk Sound. This Mediterranean designed home has a hexagonal layout and country-style finishing, terracotta floor tiles and blue tiled kitchen counter tops. The property offers the visitor breathtaking views - across an infinity edge pool to the Caribbean Sea - spacious living indoor and outdoor, and elegant furnishings to relax in style and comfort. The villa boasts four large bedrooms suitable and multiple dining areas for a party of up to 8 adults. It has its very own private sea access off a modern, large, wooden-decked jetty suspended directly over the ocean, off the elevated iron-shore coastline.
The short paved driveway leads you to an elevated front door entrance accessed by a stone stairway. On entering the house the kitchen and kitchen bar area with stools is on your immediate left and adjoins an open plan living area. Located off this central hub area are 2 bedrooms – one on each wing of the property. On the right of the entrance hallway is a concrete staircase leading to the second floor of the villa where the other 2 bedrooms are situated again one on each wing of the property.
The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with every modern convenience and appliance, from fridge freezer to cappuccino and fresh coffee grinder. It is adequately sized for entertaining large parties and a choice of eating indoors or outdoors awaits you. There is an informal dining area and table for eight in a well screened large porch area which connects the living room area inside to the pool area outside. Or you can choose to dine out under the stars in the property’s very own Tikki Hut taking in the cool evening breeze.
Standing in the living room you can see right out, uninterrupted, across the villas infinity edge pool to a cactus rock garden and beyond, to the blue Caribbean Sea. In fact, the most amazing views of the Caribbean Sea can be seen from every window of the villa. The living room has a high-vaulted cathedral ceiling and french-glass sliding doors to the indoor/outdoor dining areas.
Each four bedrooms is sized as a Master bedroom - with en-suite bathrooms - and are fitted with King sized beds or long twin sized beds that can be combined as a King sized bed as required. All rooms have their own air-conditioning units and ceiling fans. The two bedrooms downstairs have walk-in closets and the two bedrooms upstairs have their own small private balconies with beautiful ocean views.
Amenities of the villa include a substantial pool, hot spa (tub/jacuzzi), spacious tikki hut, fixed BBQ gas grill and your very own romantic hammock!! There are JBL speakers inside and outside the villa so you can pipe the music wherever you go. For the environmentally-conscious the option to use ceiling fans has been accommodated with large ceiling fans built into every room of the villa.
The villa is suited to large parties of up to 8 adults and is equipped with cots for babies. However it is not recommended for young children (1 to about 12 years old) or people with limited mobility. The villa has beautiful ocean views, provides excellent outdoor entertainment area and facilities and has its own private jetty access to the sea.
