The Angelfish Reef Villa is a private, cosy two storey villa located in a quiet part of the island of Providenciales (Provo) that has been designed specifically to make affordable vacationing in paradise possible. The villa is comprised of two independent self-contained units – one upstairs and the other downstairs with fantastic panoramic 360 degree views from the wrap-around deck on its upper floor apartment.
Upstairs is laid out as a compact one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. The air-conditioned bedroom has a full sized bed, a 7 foot long closet and two double sliding doors which provide easy access to the outer deck and a cool prevailing breeze. The open plan area inside has a high cathedral ceilings which gives it a very open and spacious feel and encompasses a living room area, dining area, and well equipped kitchen – microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc. You have the option of using the two ceiling fans and/or the wall air-conditioning unit should you need to. For indoor entertainment the unit boasts satellite plasma TV with HBO, VCR, CD stereo, free high speed internet and telephone access.
The living room overlooks the villas private plunge pool which is located just a few feet from the house. The upstairs apartment also has a wrap-around deck with stunning water views and continuous cool breezes and sunshine. The villa is located only 50 metres away from water on both sides – the famous turquoise coloured waters of Chalk Sound on one side and Silly Creek and the beautiful Caribbean Sea on the other – providing an extraordinarily unique 360 degree view of blue and turquoise water all around you. The deck is equipped with a gas grill, 2 chaise lounges, a dining table & chairs and an umbrella which is perfect for dining outside on those many sunny days that await you here in the Caribbean.
The downstairs apartment has its own separate entrance and consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is also a living room, a dining room, a fully stocked kitchen area, and three A/C wall units. Internet access and satellite TV are installed and available. The master bedroom steps out onto the lower deck with a small portable BBQ grill and but a few steps from the private pool and surrounded by lush vegetation.
There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer on a separate lower ground floor level.
A key vacationing feature of this villa accommodation is the ultimate privacy it affords you at an affordable rate with easy access to many of the facilities on the island – within a 15 to 20 minute drive. The villa would suit either a couple on their own or a visitor party comprising 2 groups who want to vacation together yet still have that element of privacy afforded by their own units. The upstairs and downstairs units are never rented out to different parties at the same time. The property is not suitable for young children or people with mobility issues. |
